PAR-Q & Medical Clearance:
A medical clearance form is required of all participants who answer “yes” to any of the PAR-Q questions. Note: Personal training staff reserve the right to require medical clearance from any client they feel may be at risk.
Session Duration: (for personal training only)
All personal training sessions are 60 minutes. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your session. Once the session has ended, a stay of no later than 15 minutes is asked.
Attire: (for personal training only)
Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive sneakers). Participants arriving unprepared for their training session will lose the time it takes to become prepared for their session.
Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training or video sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes after the session time begins. After 15 minutes, the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.
Clients are required to notify their coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training or video session. Failure to contact your trainer within 24 hours will result in a session loss.
Package Expiration/Refund Policy:
Individuals registering for personal training must complete all personal training sessions by the end of month paid. Charges will be made on the day of sign-up each month. All reschedules, and cancellations must be made known prior to the 1st of each month. All packages are non-refundable/non-transferable once the payment has been made.
Termination of Services:
Individuals must give 15-day notice for termination for any service provide. All 15-day notice must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or their coach’s specified email. Failure to do will result in the processing of funds for the following month.
Any payments not made by the designated due date will result in a 10% late fee.
